CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Sonis joined Eidesis Capital in 2005 he is responsible for the financial and operational functions of the Firm and the Fund.
Prior to joining Eidesis Capital Mr. Sonis was the CFO for Union Bancaire Privee Asset Management, where he was responsible for finance and operations. During his tenure, Mr. Sonis established back office operations including various structures of administration and custody for Fund of Hedge Funds (FoHF), FoHF’s cash flow modeling, trading process of US-domestic and offshore hedge funds’ interests and developed various structured investment vehicles including leveraged and FX funds. Between 2002 and 2005 UBP Asset Management grew from approximately $1bln to over $5.5 billion in assets under management. From 1995 to 2002; Mr. Sonis held a managerial position at Deloitte & Touche tax practice in the Investment Companies, Securities & Banking Group with prime focus in hedge funds and private equity investment vehicles.
Mr. Sonis received his B.B.A. in Public Accounting, from Pace University Cum Laude. He also holds a MS in Taxation, from Pace University. Mr. Sonis is a Certified Public Accountant. |
