MANAGING MEMBER
Mr. Mikhailovich, Co-Managing Member, is responsible for developing portfolio strategies, risk management, product management and institutional investor relations. Mr. Mikhailovich co-founded the Firm with Michael Sollott in 1998 after completing a management buyout of the CDO business from St. Paul Travelers.
Previously, Mr. Mikhailovich spent 13 years at USF&G Corporation, a diversified insurance and financial services company acquired by St. Paul in 1998. During his tenure at USF&G, Mr. Mikhailovich worked with Mr. Sollott to launch a CDO business in 1996, was a Portfolio Manager for a $250 million portfolio of private high-yield and mezzanine securities for 4 years, headed USF&G's investment workouts department for 4 years and managed a $400-million alternative assets portfolio, including a venture capital fund-of-funds and direct holdings in real estate, oil and gas, timberland and agribusiness for 5 years.
Mr. Mikhailovich received a M.S. in Business (Finance) from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University. |
